In the past years, Ben Nghe Port has invested in implementing computer network and management applications in the management and operation of the port. Network system is equipped with 7 servers and more than 100 computers further supporting web applications and surveillance camera system. Since September 2010, Ben Nghe Port has successfully implemented and operated GTOS - Container loading and unloading operation management software system, contributing to enhance effective operation of the Port, well satisfying the needs of agents, shippers and customers, and increasing competitiveness of the Port.
And in the future, Ben Nghe Port will continue investing in the development of wireless application technology and equipping off-site laptops. This system shall aid real time management and operation, enhance operation performance and better satisfy increasing needs of customers.
